sprouted mung bean

cucumber
chopped

tomatoes
chopped
1/4

sweet onions
chopped

lemon juice
pepper and salt
to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine all the vegetables
sprouted mung bean
, cucumber, tomato, onion, cilantro.
While serving add lemon juice, pepper, and salt to taste.
Notes
You can add pomegranate, lettuce, and/or avocadoes.
For crunchy roasted walnuts or peanuts can be added.
No oil is necessary for this type of salad.
instead of boiling the sprouts, they can be used as raw, steamed, or saute the mung bean.
