Instructions
Grind the dates coarsely in the blender.
Heat coconut oil in a medium flame and add Hemp seeds, immediately followed by coconut flakes and roast till it changes color.
Further add almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts, pistachio, raisins, and cranberries.
Roast on a low flame till nuts turn crunchier.
Now add crushed dates and combine well.
Turn off the flame and add vanilla extract, if using.
Once the mixture is warm enough to handle, use your hands to form a cylindrical shape and wrap with hemp seeds on top.
Refrigerate for an hour or freeze for 30 minutes and cut into thick slices
Notes
Any nuts or dry fruits can be used.
Instead of rolling, you can make balls out of it.
