Rasp(Berry) Chia Jam

An easy homemade jam with berries and chia seeds. A wonderful spread and goes well with most of your breakfast.

raspberry
or any berries

tbsp
chia seeds

tbsp
agave nectar
1
tbsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Saute berries until mushy. Keep pressing the berries in the spatula.
Once the berries are mushy add lemon juice, chia seeds, and agave nectar. Cook for 2 minutes, switch it off.
Notes
For yogurt dessert or breakfast
In a cup of greek yogurt, add 2 tbsp chia jam and top with some fresh fruits and granola.
