firm tofu
Instructions
Press the tofu using a tofu press or kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add chopped chilly, onion and cook till they are translucent.
Add mushroom and spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, and salt and fry until combined. Switch off the flame.
