Instructions
Using cloth method
Soak the beans for 8-12 hours. Rinse well until you see clear water. Drain them in a strainer.
Take a damp cloth and place the drained beans in the middle and fold the cloth on all sides fully covered. Invert it.
Keep it in a warm place for 8-10 hours. Spray the cloth with water if it is dry. Once you see the sprouts remove from cloth and use it.
Using Papertowel & strainer method
Soak the beans for 8-12 hours. Rinse well until you see clear water. Remove excess water.
Place the soaked beans in a strainer with a paper towel on it. Rest the strainer over a bowl. This bowl will collect the extra water.
Cover it with a few paper towels on the top and spray water on top if it is dry. After 12-24 hours you can see the seeds have germinated well.
Using Thermos method
Soak, rinse, and drain the beans well.
Once drained completely transfer to the thermos and close it. After 12-24 hours you can see the seeds have germinated well.
Notes
If you want your sprouts longer, keep them for 8-12 hours more.
Each bean sprouts at a different time. Chickpeas take longer than mung bean and lentils.
Try with lentils if you don't find horse gram.
