Ingredients

fresh cranberries
1
cup
cooked long grain rice

tbsp
oil

cloves
garlic
chopped

ginger
chopped, optional

green chily
slited or jalapeno

Instructions
Rinse the cranberries and use a food processor or blender to grind to a coarse paste. Keep aside.
On a heated pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, and green chilly and saute for 30 seconds.
Then add onions and cook until they are transcluent. Add the frozen peas and cook for a minute.
Add the coarse paste of cranberries and fry for 5 minutes or until dry. Then add the cooked rice and turn the heat to high.
Mix the rice and cranberries well and cook on a high heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot with orange tofu or any side.
