roasted peanuts
unsalted
3/4
cup
coconut sugar
Instructions
Place the roasted peanuts in a food processor and grind coasely.
Melt the sugar in pan on a medium heat.
Once sugar starts to melt add the peanut powder.
Keep stirring, at one point it will all come together.
Depending on the moisture, you may need to add water - 1 tbsp of water at a time. At one stage it will form a thick dough consistency.
Switch off the flame. Transfer the dough on a parchment paper. Once warm, press the dough into a square 1-inch thickness. Cut into squares.
Notes
You can keep the ratio of peanuts and sugar equal.
Do not grind peanuts long, it may turn into butter.
