Vegan ranch dressing is made with homemade vegan mayo. Mayo mixed with some fresh herbs, nondairy milk, pepper, and salt. You can add cashew nut milk for a rich and creamy dip. You can use it on top of the burger add paprika and use it as a dip. It can be mixed with salad too. Most of the recipes call for cashew paste, but I love to add a cashew nut milk to mayo.

Steps for preparing vegan ranch dressing
In a bowl combine mayo, nondairy milk, chopped scallions, dried parsley, onion granules, garlic granules, pepper, and salt to taste.
Stir well and store in a container. Use as desired.

Can I use a hand blender to prepare the caesar dressing?
Not necessary. Since we are using thick creamy mayo you can just use a hand whisk to mix it. If you want to use a hand blender, definitely you can.

Yes, you can use store-bought mayo to make the work easier.

Can I use fresh parsley?
Absolutely yes. Fresh parsley works excellent with a more intense flavor than the dried ones.
Should I add onion and garlic granules?
Onion and garlic add more flavor to the ranch. If you do not want to avoid it.
What type of non-dairy milk can I use?
You can use oat milk, almond milk, or cashew milk for the more rich, thick, and creamy ranch. For non-dairy milk refer to here and here.
Meal prep/ How to store vegan ranch dressing
Prepare as per the instructions and store in an airtight container. It can be refrigerated for a week. Every time you use the dressing make sure you use the dry and clean spoon and refrigerate the remaining dressing at once.
