- Press the tofu and scramble it.
- Chop onions, green chilies, mushrooms.
- In a hot pan, saute green chilies, onions, mushrooms and spinach.
- Transfer the scrambled tofu and fry for few minutes. Add turmeric.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 gren chilly chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup mushroom chopped
- 1 cup spinach tightly packed
- 14 oz firm tofu
Instructions
- Press the tofu using a tofu press or kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add chopped chilly, onion and cook till they are translucent.
- Add mushroom and spinach and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, and salt and fry until combined. Switch off the flame.
