Vegan Acai bowl is a wonderful breakfast bowl to start your day, Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-EE) bowl is becoming very popular and can be homemade by blending it all together (vegan). Yes, it is really that easy.
It is really very effective with a high-power blender. If using low voltage power, I would suggest chopping all the berries and bananas into a few chunks, but this would help if only you are buying and storing them in the freezer.
How to freeze fruits:
For strawberries chop them into a few chunks and spread them on parchment paper or cling wrap in a baking tray as a single layer. After an hour transfer to freezer-safe bags, bananas slice them into 1-inch chunks, and arrange them in a single layer, after an hour transfer them to freezer-safe bags. This helps to have fruits not sticking together. Freeze blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries as a whole fruit or chop them to freeze.

- It can be prepared with any combination of two berries or mixed like raspberries, blueberry, blackberry, and strawberries.
- Use any nut milk or you can avoid them by adding any fruit juice, which goes well with berries.
- you can top your bowl with any fresh fruits, granola, coconut flakes, or chia seeds.
It is a healthier choice but will not help in weight loss. The fruits we use here have a lot of sugar content and totally depend on the choice you add for the topping.

Acai bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp acai powder
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
- In a blender add frozen berries, frozen bananas.
- Further, add 2 tbsp of acai powder and almond milk.
- Blend till smooth and silky
- Top with almonds, strawberreis, bananas and hemp seeds.
Notes
- Do not skip the banana, it helps with the thickness.
- The consistency is the key here, frozen fruits yield thicker bowls.
- It tastes really sweet if u want more you can add a tsp of maple syrup.
